BillerudKorsnäs agreed to sell 89.9% of Bergvik Skog Öst AB to pension company AMF at an enterprise value of SEK 12.2 billion (US$1.32 billion), debt-free. A 15-year wood supply agreement keeps BillerudKorsnäs as sole buyer of wood from the lands.
