Carclo plc's Carclo Technical Plastics division has signed a framework agreement with a major global OEM for the manufacture of complex medical diagnostic disposable devices. The agreement enables production contracts over ten years, with tooling contracts already awarded and capital investment planned for capacity. Full production volumes expected in second half of FY22, with incremental annual revenues of £10-15 million.
