Korea Land & Housing Corporation

Dongbu Construction has signed a contract with Korea Land and Housing Corporation for the integrated private-participation public housing construction project at Namwonju Station Area A-3BL and Chungnam Provincial Office (Naepo) New Town RM-5BL, worth KRW 109.1 billion.

Namkwang Engineering (남광토건) won a KRW 55.7 billion contract from Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) to develop a public housing site in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. The contract covers civil engineering and pipeline work on a 1,674,027 m² area.

Namkwang Engineering & Construction signed a contract with Korea Land & Housing Corporation for the Gyeongsan Daeim public housing site development project worth 55.8 billion KRW (approx. $47 million).

Dongbu Construction signed a contract with Korea Land & Housing Corporation for the Yangju Hoicheon A3BL private-participation public housing construction project. The contract is worth 79.8 billion won (approx. $67.5 million) and runs until December 31, 2023.

Kamyu E&C (Kamyu Engineering & Construction) signed a contract with Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) for the Hwaseong Hyangnam 2 A21BL·A22BL apartment construction project, worth KRW 43.14285 billion. The contract runs until December 4, 2022.
