Mahindra & Mahindra has acquired an additional 1,050 shares in its Finland-based subsidiary Sampo Rosenlew Oy for €3.5 million (Rs 31.15 crore), increasing its stake from 74.97% to 79.13%. Sampo Rosenlew is a manufacturer of combine harvesters.
