Bengbu city and the 214 Research Institute signed an agreement to build an 8-inch MEMS manufacturing and microsystem integration facility. The project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, a construction period of 2 years, and will have annual capacity of 50,000 MEMS wafers and 400 million MEMS chip packaging and testing.
