Blastrac

Husqvarna Group's Construction Division has signed an agreement to acquire Blastrac, a provider of surface preparation technologies, with net sales of approximately SEK 600 million and 380 employees globally. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2020, subject to regulatory approval.
