Shunbo Alloy announced it plans to acquire 100% equity of Chongqing Aobo Aluminum Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and related creditor's rights from Chongqing Light Textile Holding (Group) Company for cash, to enter the deformed aluminum alloy industry.
