Dolphin Design

Jolt Capital has acquired the intellectual property design activities for power management and analog signals from Dolphin Design's division, previously part of Soitec, for nearly CAD 40 million. The acquired business will operate as Dolphin Semiconductor in Quebec.

Silvaco Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of the memory compiler technology and standard cell libraries of Dolphin Design SAS, expanding its design IP portfolio for SoC applications.
