EFP, a J. B. Poindexter subsidiary, has opened its first South Carolina plant in Bishopville, Lee County, a 117,000 sq ft facility for custom protective packaging and cold chain solutions. The $15 million investment was first announced in January 2023 and the company has hired 30 employees toward a planned 50.
