Sunlight Group signed an agreement to acquire 80% of PBM S.R.L., an Italian manufacturer of battery chargers. The deal was signed on April 29, 2022.

Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems acquired 70% of Technoform, a Kilkis-based mold and component manufacturer. The agreement was signed on December 30, 2021, and announced on January 5, 2022.

Sunlight, Seagull Worldwide, and Crown Equipment formed a strategic partnership to provide an integrated lithium battery solution for Seagull's warehouses in Attica and Thessaloniki. Seagull is investing €2.5 million in a seven-year leasing of 60 forklifts with Sunlight lithium batteries.
