Aebi Schmidt Group

Aebi Schmidt Group held the grand opening of an expanded manufacturing facility and North American corporate offices in Chilton, Wisconsin. The 86,500 sq. ft. buildout includes a 70,000 sq. ft. expansion of the manufacturing plant and 16,500 sq. ft. of office space.

Swiss-based Aebi Schmidt Group has completed the acquisition of Arctic Machine Oy, a Finnish manufacturer of road maintenance vehicles and equipment. The deal was signed in February 2020 and closed in two stages, with the second stage closing on November 5, 2020.
