Chandlers Farm Equipment

Chandlers (Farm Equipment) Ltd agreed to purchase the agricultural business of Lister Wilder, expanding its Massey Ferguson, Fendt and Valtra franchise territory. Lister Wilder will focus on Kubota agricultural, groundscare and construction equipment.

Chandlers Farm Equipment will purchase the AGCO business of Lister Wilder, effective January 4, 2021. The deal includes the transfer of the entire AGCO team and long-term leases for existing branches.
