Uponor signed an agreement to buy the remaining 44.7% stake in its subsidiary Uponor Infra Oy from KWH Group for about €60 million, raising its ownership from 55.3% to 100%. Closing is expected in the third quarter of 2023 after regulatory approvals.
Norwegian firm Nessco AS was chosen as subcontractor to supply compressors, air dryers, pressure tanks and filter systems for the closed floating FishGLOBE v5 fish farm, being built in Stathelle, Telemark. The contract value was not disclosed.
