thyssenkrupp Materials NA has acquired Cobotix Manufacturing Inc., a precision metal fabricator specializing in copper and aluminum, to expand its automated manufacturing capabilities for EV infrastructure and power generation.

thyssenkrupp Materials NA Inc. is investing $13 million to expand its coil processing facility in Woodstock, Alabama, adding 88,200 square feet to the existing 100,000-square-foot facility. The project is expected to begin in September 2020 and wrap up in October 2021.
