Carlyle to acquire Worldpac from Advance Auto Parts for $1.5 billion
Advance Auto Parts has agreed to sell its Worldpac automotive parts wholesale distribution business to funds managed by Carlyle for $1.5 billion in cash. The transaction is expected to close before the end of 2024.
