Ridgewood Egypt

The AH Water Investments BV joint venture between Hassan Allam Holding and Abdul Latif Jameel Energy acquired Ridgewood Egypt, a water desalination company with about 60 plants and 80,000 cbm/day capacity.

Almar Water Solutions and HA Utilities BV, through their joint venture, acquired 58 desalination plants from Ridgewood Group in Egypt. The plants have a total capacity of 82,440 m3/day of drinking water.
