Swedish tech consultancy Prevas has agreed to acquire all shares in Evotech, including its subsidiaries Tritech Technology, Filoprocess and Deva Mecaneyes, for approximately SEK 270 million. The deal is subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting on January 4, 2021.
