International Paper acquired the Molded Fiber division of Berkley International, Berkley MF LLC, which operates a molded fiber plant near Reno, Nevada. The purchase price was undisclosed.
Berkley International broke ground in May 2019 on an 80,472 sq ft manufacturing and distribution facility in Sparks, Nevada, relocating operations from California. The project includes $5.9 million for land and $1.6 million for equipment, and will employ 28 people.
