Lockheed Martin announced plans to create 6,000 jobs across the U.S., including 2,000 in Texas, as it expands advanced manufacturing capacity for munitions. The company is investing $300 million in its Grand Prairie operation, adding 100,000 square feet of new space and 85,000 square feet of office space converted for manufacturing, and partnering with Hadrian to install an automated machining cell expected to be operational in early 2027.
