Fenner Precision Polymers

Fenner Precision Polymers, a Michelin Group company, acquired MAV S.p.A., an Italian supplier of keyless-locking devices, shrink discs, and rigid couplings. The acquisition was announced on December 1, 2020.

Fenner Precision Polymers, a Michelin company, is investing $4 million to add a treat line operation at its Manheim, Pennsylvania facility, scheduled for completion by mid-2021, to establish a complete coated fabric and technical textile portfolio.
