Custom Dredge Works

Custom Dredge Works Inc. is undertaking a $3.5 million expansion at its Topeka, Kansas facility, which will add 17 full-time positions to its current workforce of about 100. The expansion is driven by growing demand for its dredges used in mining and marine construction.

Custom Dredge Works and its sister company Midwestern Metals are expanding in Topeka, Kansas, with a $3.5 million capital investment, including five new buildings, expected to create 17 new jobs and a total economic impact of $69 million over 10 years.
