IMCO Carbide Tool has joined the IMC Group, a global metalworking tools group.

IMCO Carbide Tool Inc. has been acquired by IMC Group, a Berkshire Hathaway company. IMCO will continue operations from Perrysburg, Ohio, producing end mills under the IMCO brand.
