Sealed Air to acquire Automated Packaging Systems for $510M
Sealed Air signed a definitive agreement to acquire US-based automated bagging systems maker Automated Packaging Systems for a total consideration of $510 million on a cash and debt-free basis. The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
