XanTec Steuerungs- und EDV-Technik GmbH

MAAG Group has acquired Germany-based XanTec Steuerungs- und EDV Technik GmbH, a manufacturer of advanced industrial control systems for production plants, pelletizing systems and extruders.

Dover Corporation has completed the acquisition of XanTec, a developer of automation and control solutions for industrial machinery, particularly polymer processing. XanTec will become part of the Maag Group within Dover's Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
