Caesarstone

Caesarstone, a manufacturer of engineered quartz surfaces, completed the acquisition of Omicron Granite & Tile, a supplier of quartz and stone surfaces, for $27 million.

Caesarstone Ltd. entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Lioli Ceramica Pvt Ltd for a cash investment of approximately $22 million, with an enterprise value of $34 million including debt assumption and potential additional consideration. The transaction is expected to close in 2020.
