HPS

HPS GmbH, as prime contractor, signed a contract with the European Space Agency to develop a European reflective mesh for large deployable antenna reflectors for Ka-band to V-band frequencies. HPtex GmbH signed a subcontract with HPS on April 13, 2021, to handle mesh production.

HPtex GmbH signed a contract with HPS GmbH to supply metallic reflective mesh for the CIMR Mission of the EU Copernicus Earth Observation program, including meshes for breadboard, EQM, and up to three flight units.

IPROTEX and HPS founded a joint venture, HPtex (High Performance Textiles GmbH), in February 2020 to produce metal meshes for space applications, including telecommunications and earth observation.
