Hexonia GmbH

NFM Group acquired all shares of Hexonia GmbH, a German supplier of combat clothing and protection systems, making NFM a leading European company in protective equipment.

The German Bundeswehr, via Bw Bekleidungsmanagement GmbH, awarded framework agreements for cold-weather protective clothing (KBS SK) to Goldeck Textil GmbH (first lot, at least 78,000 sets) and Hexonia GmbH (second lot, at least 52,000 sets). The agreements run from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2025.
