Relay Medical Corp.

The Fionet Rapid Response Group, a joint venture of Relay Medical and Fio Corporation, signed a manufacturing agreement with Keytronic for production of 1,000 Fionet rapid response devices. Initial production runs are expected in October 2020.

Relay Medical Corp. and Fio Corporation established a joint venture named Fionet Rapid Response Group, headquartered in Toronto, to accelerate delivery of Fio's Fionet platform for COVID-19 testing, data collection and reporting.
