Wrench Group acquired Easy A/C in Tampa, Florida, and Service Champions North in California, expanding its HVAC service footprint.

The Wrench Group announced the acquisition of Donovan Heat and Air, Inc., expanding its footprint to northern Florida. Donovan will continue to operate under its existing brand with its co-owners leading the business.
