Montagu closes purchase of Kodak flexographic packaging unit, now Miraclon
Eastman Kodak closed the sale of its flexographic packaging division to Montagu Private Equity, which now operates as standalone company Miraclon. Kodak receives about $320 million in proceeds; the deal was first announced in November 2018.
