Verseidag-Indutex

French composite materials group Serge Ferrari acquired German counterpart Verseidag-Indutex from Jagenberg AG. Verseidag-Indutex employs about 250 people across four sites and has annual revenue of €72 million.

SergeFerrari Group, a leader in flexible composite materials, has acquired Verseidag-Indutex, a world leader in PTFE glass materials, from Jagenberg AG. The acquisition strengthens SergeFerrari's position in lightweight architecture and technical textiles.

SergeFerrari Group SA acquired 100% of the shares of coated fabrics producer Verseidag-Indutex GmbH from Jagenberg AG. The acquisition strengthens SergeFerrari's position in flexible composite materials for tensile architecture and modular structures.
