WPIL's Gruppo Aturia acquires Italian pump maker MISA S.R.L
WPIL Limited's European subsidiary Gruppo Aturia has acquired 100% of MISA S.R.L, an Italian maker of large pumping stations, pumps and hydro turbines, to expand in Europe and North Africa. The deal is dated January 7, 2025 and its value was not disclosed.
