Stabilised Transformers Limited

SIGA has acquired the business and assets of Wolverhampton-based Stabilised Transformers Limited in February 2020, extending its capability to design, manufacture and test a new range of transformers. Production is being transferred to SIGA's facility in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

SIGA (Electronics) Ltd acquired the business and assets of Stabilised Transformers Limited in February 2020, broadening its wound components capability and transferring manufacture to its Sandy factory.

SIGA (Electronics) Ltd acquired the business and assets of Stabilised Transformers Ltd on 4 February 2020, and is expanding its Sandy, Bedfordshire factory to handle higher capacity transformers formerly made in Wolverhampton.
