Eparco

Premier Tech Eau et Environnement, a subsidiary of Canadian group Premier Tech, has acquired Eparco, a French competitor specializing in compact filters for wastewater treatment. Eparco has 40 employees and a production site in Yonne, France.

Premier Tech's Water and Environment business group acquired Eparco, a French company specializing in compact wastewater treatment for individual homes. The acquisition adds about 40 experts and strengthens Premier Tech's presence in France.
