Control Devices, a portfolio company of HBM Holdings, has acquired Gilmore, which designs and manufactures severe service valves and pressure relief systems for the upstream oil and gas industry. Terms were not disclosed.

Trendsetter Engineering (TEI) won a framework agreement from BHP for subsea manifolds, HIPPS and subsea connection and jumper systems supporting the Shenzi North expansion in the Gulf of Mexico, with deliveries from Q4 2022 to Q1 2023.

C-Automation agreed to buy the drilling services business of Aberdeen-based Proserv, which will trade as C-Automation Services. Financial terms were undisclosed and the two firms will partner on shared products and services.
