IE Plast of Munich was commissioned to plan the operational and logistics processes and realize the new SCHOTT polymer packaging plant in Müllheim, and to support qualification and validation.

SCHOTT started construction of a new plant in Müllheim, Germany, for sterile polymer pharmaceutical primary packaging such as prefillable syringes, on an 11,000 square meter site, with completion planned by 2022 and 100 new jobs.

Schott Kaisha plans a Rs 500 crore expansion between 2018 and 2020, including a new site on the Gujarat-Daman border for pre-filled syringes and cartridges and expansion of its Daman and Jambusar plants.
