Johnson Controls acquired three companies in the UK and Ireland between May 2019 and March 2020: East Lancashire Refrigeration (May 2019), H&C Contracts (end of 2019), and McDowall Air Conditioning (March 2020), to expand its HVACR expertise and regional operations.
