Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel

Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel Company Limited plans to invest $5.35 billion to add No. 4 and No. 5 blast furnace systems at its facility in China, including coking plants, power utilities, sintering, iron-making, steel-making and steel-rolling plants. The project will begin construction in 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Tongling Tianqi Lantian received a notice of award for the No. 3 Blast Furnace System conveyor project at Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel, valued at RMB 83.71 million. Combined with a previous RMB 19.10 million contract, total contracts at the base exceed RMB 100 million.
