Andronaco Industries acquired Diamond Companies, comprising Diamond Fiberglass, a fluid management vessel and tank maker, and Diamond Services, an industrial services business. The business will be rebranded Diamond Fiberglass Systems and Services.
Andronaco Industries is relocating its subsidiary Conley Composites from Tulsa, Oklahoma to a building at 4544 Broadmoor Ave. in Kentwood, Michigan, investing $3.3 million and creating 64 jobs. The Michigan Economic Development Corporation is supporting the project with a $320,000 grant.
