YMBA (Remkes The Poultry Family)

YMBA, parent company of Remkes The Poultry Family, has signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority stake in Heijs Food Products, a poultry processing company in Hoogeveen, Netherlands. The transaction is expected to be finalized before summer 2020.
