Aliaxis agrees to sell Rheinhütte Pumpen to ITT for €80.5M
Aliaxis signed an agreement to divest pump maker Rheinhütte Pumpen to ITT Inc. for a cash consideration of about €80.5 million. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019, subject to regulatory approvals.
