Taiheiyo Cement and Semen Indonesia finalise collaboration agreement
Taiheiyo Cement and Semen Indonesia have finalised a collaboration agreement covering cement and clinker promotion, sales, and R&D. Taiheiyo Cement will buy shares in Semen Indonesia's subsidiary Solusi Bangun Indonesia, with the deal expected to close in early 2021.
