Inner Mongolia Xuyang New Materials Co., Ltd. is building a multi-phase plant in Huolinguole, Inner Mongolia, with a total investment of 3.8 billion yuan. Phase I (5万吨 spherical aluminum powder) started trial production on May 1, 2020; Phase II and III are planned.
