Pentapackaging

Berlin Packaging has acquired Italian plastic packaging company Pentapackaging, based in Bergamo. It is the ninth Berlin Packaging acquisition in Europe since 2016.

Spanish search fund Ariol Capital acquired 100% of Italian plastic and metal packaging distributor Pentapackaging in summer 2018, a deal now disclosed. It is financed with own resources and bank debt, and is part of its portfolio company Repli's growth plan.
