Sealed Air acquires MGM flexible food packaging business in the Philippines
Sealed Air has acquired the flexible packaging business of privately held MGM, based in Manila, to expand its printing and lamination capabilities in Asia Pacific. The deal is expected to close in April 2019, and terms were not disclosed.
