Carlyle to acquire Novolex packaging company from Wind Point and TPG
The Carlyle Group agreed to buy Hartsville, South Carolina-based packaging company Novolex from Wind Point Partners and TPG Growth. No financial terms were disclosed and closing is expected before year end.
