Huntsman Corporation completed the acquisition of CVC Thermoset Specialties, a specialty chemical manufacturer, from Emerald Performance Materials for approximately $300 million in cash.

Huntsman Corporation agreed to acquire CVC Thermoset Specialties, a North American specialty chemical manufacturer, for $300 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close around mid-2020.
