Lu'an Solar Energy Technology and Jiangsu Seraphim Photovoltaic Systems jointly invested CNY 4 billion to build a 5GW high-efficiency solar module manufacturing plant in Yixing, Jiangsu. Phase 1 (3GW) construction starts April 2020, production in October 2020.
