BlueBird Aero Systems

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) signed an agreement to acquire 50% of the equity of BlueBird Aero Systems, a UAS developer. Ronen Nadir will continue to hold the remaining 50% and serve as CEO.

BlueBird Aero Systems received an order worth tens of millions of euros from a European customer for the delivery of more than 150 WanderB-VTOL and ThunderB-VTOL unmanned aircraft systems. The contract is the largest-ever sale of tactical VTOL UAS.
