Supremex Inc. completed the acquisition of all shares of Goldrich Printpak Inc., a folding carton packaging maker with a 68,000 sq ft plant in Toronto, Ontario, for about C$34.0 million cash-free and debt-free. Goldrich had sales of approximately $30.0 million in its last fiscal year.
Supremex has completed its acquisition of Montreal-based folding carton maker Stuart Packaging for $17.5 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis, plus $2.1 million payable over 24 months subject to targets.
Envelope maker Supremex agreed to acquire Montreal-based corrugator Durabox Paper, which runs a 50-person corrugated box plant in Lachine, Quebec; the price was not disclosed, announced November 28, 2016.
